Victorian Farmhouse
This project involved the thoughtful restoration of a Victorian farmhouse that had lost much of its original character during previous updates in the 90s. The goal was to reintroduce the home's historic charm while adapting it for use by two sisters who planned to share the residence. As project manager and lead designer, I oversaw a complete reorganization of the floor plan, which included creating two distinct primary suites, creating an expansive kitchen capable of serving two families, and refining the overall program to support both children and adult-centered spaces.

The raw and unfiltered story of this project is that it is where I started to realize how important the details are. It’s one thing to understand that in the abstract, and quite another when you realize you didn’t pay enough attention to the tile transitions. It was a deeply valuable learning experience.
